• Preparing of technical and commercial specifications & BOQ’s for floating of tender in consultation with Client Inviting quotations from reputed suppliers/vendors
• Preparing of techno-commercial comparisons of various contractor’s quotes.
• Preparation of purchase orders of the suppliers
• Approval of working drawings as per laid specifications, before being used for fabrication /construction.
• Approval of supplies by vendor on the basis of catalogues, Rating charts, Performance curves etc.
• Inspection of all major equipment for all-possible checks and conformance to technical requirements.
• Supervision for Erection & Commissioning (stage wise)
• Checking and approval of contractors running and final bills.
• Actual machinery trials & Ensures capacity of the plant is achieved as per the specifications given
• Technical training of machinery to the staff
• Final handing over of the site to client in totality after successful commissioning of the equipment and system.
